It is my belief that all students are capable of learning, although they learn at varying speeds and using different techniques. I understand and think that mistakes are a normal part of learning, if students’ are not making mistakes than they are not challenging themselves.

My job is ultimately to be conducive in the students' search for knowledge and expansion of their skills and talents. It is my hopes that I will be able to bring out their strengths through achievements and awards in competitions.
